In an effort to bolster project management practices and enhance efficiency workshop on
Sensitization with the (Annual Development Plan) ADP enlisted Project directors have been being held at Dohatec’s training office venues for quite a while now. Recently. A half-day ‘Sensitization Workshop for Batch 35 Project Directors’ took place on Tuesday, August 8, 2023.
The event was organized to facilitate the ongoing projects under the implementation of the electronic Project Management Information System (e-PMIS) system, overseen by the Digitizing Implementation Monitoring and Public Procurement Project (DIMAPPP). The workshop, held from 9 am to 1 pm, was conducted at Dohatec New Media’s training office at Taj Casalina Bhavan.
The e-PMIS Sensitization Workshop aimed to familiarize Project Directors with the functionalities, benefits, and application of an electronic PMIS platform. The objective was to sensitize the participants to the advantages of utilizing an electronic system for managing development and technical assistance projects. Elevating the stature of the event, esteemed figures in attendance including (but not limited to):
- Mr. Mohammad Hasan Hasibur Rahman, Deputy Director (Planning) and Project Director, Environmentally-sound Development of the Power Sector with the Final Disposal of PCBs, Directorate of Environment

The Sensitization Workshop is an important component in providing Project Directors with the knowledge and tools they need to flourish in today’s project management context. Dohatec was the 36th batch to benefit from the workshop as of August 16, 2023, out of the expected 40 batches. This dedication to continuous improvement and advancement underscores the commitment of ADP and DIMAPPP to elevate project management practices.
