This new training cycle was inaugurated following the formal contract signing between Dohatec New Media and the Bangladesh Public Procurement Authority (BPPA). The very first session under this agreement commenced with the Registered Tenderer training on 10th August 2025, setting the stage for subsequent capacity-building programs designed for diverse procurement stakeholders.
The opening session was led by BPPA CEO Mr. S.M. Moin Uddin Ahmed, who stated that training is the foundation upon which e-GP flourishes. During the address, he reaffirmed the Government’s dedication to public procurement that is transparent, accountable, and efficient, and he commended the Dohatec training component as a critical lever for attaining these objectives.
In keeping with the commitment to inclusivity, training is delivered across four strategically located Dohatec venues in Dhaka: Dohatec’s Head Office (Purana Paltan Line), Borak Unique Heights (Paribag), Hossain Tower (Naya Paltan), and Taj Casilina (Gulshan-1). Collectively, these facilities integrate representatives from diverse procurement environments.

- Organization Admin (OA): 1-day training
- Registered Tenderer (RT): 1-day training
- Registered Banks (RB): 1-day training
- Policy Level Officials (PL): 1-day training
